At AstroRaj, we strive to ensure that every product and service you receive meets your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations are accepted for purchases made on astroraj.co.


1. General Policy

  • By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

  • Each order is unique — many of our products (like gemstones, yantras, and astrology reports) are customized or made-to-order, and hence not eligible for unconditional return.

  • However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or there is a genuine issue with your order, we will assist you promptly.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our offerings, the following items and services are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Personalized astrology reports, kundli readings, or horoscope services

  • Puja, havan, or ritual services once booked or performed

  • Energized gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, or any product once consecrated or worn

  • Digital products, PDF reports, or downloadable content

  • Consultation fees (once the session has been completed)


3. Eligible Returns / Refunds

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product – The item is physically damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.

  2. Incorrect Product Received – The item delivered does not match your order (wrong item, size, or type).

  3. Non-Delivery – The product was never received (subject to courier verification).

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@astroraj.co.

  • You must attach clear photos or video proof of the product and packaging.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.


4. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide return shipping details or arrange a pickup (where available).

  2. You must securely pack the product and ship it back within 7 working days.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.


5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of an order before it is shipped. Once shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Astrology consultations or puja bookings can be cancelled within 12 hours of booking, provided the service has not yet started.

  • To cancel an order, please email info@astroraj.co with your order number.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment app.

  2. Then contact your bank or card issuer — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@astroraj.co with your order ID.


8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same product, send us an email at info@astroraj.co within 48 hours of delivery.
