6. Delivery & Shipping (for Physical Products)

  • We will deliver Products to the address you provide in your order. You are responsible for providing correct and complete address details.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, force majeure, customs (if applicable) are not our liability.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (i.e. when the courier marks the order as delivered).

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may request cancellation of an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is normally not possible.

  • Returns / Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted only under our Refund / Return Policy (a separate policy).

  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, we will process it via your original payment method (or as otherwise agreed). The timeline for crediting the amount depends on payment provider’s processing time.
